Hi. I’m Oliver Rammersbach and my wife Maria, we are the business owners and operators of the Firewalker Kennel in North Pole, Alaska. I built up more than 25 years of experience with Alaskan Malamutes even before my dream came true and I moved to Alaska. Before I came to Alaska I successfully participated in sled dog races in Europe. Currently we have a couple of dog teams from our breeding line who are successfully running in Europe. Our dogs live together in social packs, avoiding the chain attitude. The Alaskan Malamute has become uncommon among sled dogs in Alaska, even though it’s the Alaska State Dog.
